I was perusing the Shelby Star facebook site for my HOTW post, and I came across this picture of a buffet in a story about food inspections:
As a paleo guy, I was speechless. It's been a very long time since I've been to a buffet place, so I had kinda forgotten what it was like. There was only one thing in that picture which I would consider eating ant that's the mixed veggies there in the center. All the rest is is just filler poison for my body. I can see if this were what I ate every day I would still be as big as a house. I look at the typical old white (or black) southern guy that I was with the protruding pot belly and shake my head and think, man, that is why I looked that way. Your mileage may vary.
