Happy Dance Time! This guy (Jim Moran) has decided that he will not be seeking re-election. Another Kennedy wannabe steps down. Sadly, I doubt he will be replaced by a Republican, or at least a non-RINO one given his district in Virginia is one of the state's most liberal... But for now - a happy dance in his honor!
